92. Cat Munchie

• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped alfalfa sprouts

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a hot pan with a tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter. When brown at bottom, turn over and brown the other side.

Chop into pieces and serve.
